Donna D'Errico recently swapped in her bright red swimsuit for something a little more fancy.

The Baywatch actress stunned while attending the 2023 Last Chance For Animals Gala at The Beverly Hilton on Oct. 14, in Beverly Hills, California—her first return to the red carpet after over a year.

For the event, the 55-year-old showed off her curves in a sheer, vibrant orange flowy LaQuan Smith dress, complete with voluminous batwing sleeve detailing that trailed down to the floor and a high mock neck.

The former model put her toned bod on full display in the racy number, which revealed a pair of seemingly matching underwear underneath the garment. She accessorized the look with a gold necklace, Paco Rabanne chainmail mirror purse, and metallic platform heels.

For beauty, the actress styled her brown tresses in loose waves, as she smiled and twirled on the red carpet of the venue as photographers flashed their cameras.

“I felt like a pretty butterfly my first time back on a carpet in over a year,” the actress wrote on Instagram alongside photos and videos from the night out.

She continued: "I need to get out more often. I struggle with self esteem and self consciousness, but last night was lovely."

D'Errico also made sure to thank everyone responsible for her look in the caption of the upload, including her glam team and styling squad. Additionally, she thanked her family and friends for their support.

"Thank you to my son @rhyan_derrico for being at my side, you always are a shining light, and to my beautiful friend @ira_mira for coming and elevating the evening ❤️," the note read.

While D'Errico—who has become known for sharing her spicy bikini and lingerie content online—rarely attends Hollywood events, she has cultivated a massive social media following, and recently celebrated the one-year anniversary of joining OnlyFans in July.

“Wow, it’s almost been a year since I became a member of ‘that site’ and I have to admit, I’m loving every minute!” she wrote on Instagram at the time. “No haters, no trolls, no drama – just pure freedom to be myself. No regrets, baby!”
