'The Bachelorette' premiere date announced by ABC. When will we see Florida's Jenn Tran find love?

We officially have a date, now to get the wine and roses ready!

ABC officials have revealed the premiere date for the upcoming season of "The Bachelorette," which features a historic lead hailing from Florida.

Jenn Tran, a physician assistant student from Miami, was sent home during former Bachelor Joey Graziadei's quest to find his wife. But now, it's her turn to find love.

"I'm looking for someone who has a really big personality ... I want someone who has that kind of banter, I'm all about having fun," Jenn told host Jesse Palmer back in March.

When will the next season of ABC's 'The Bachelorette' premiere?

In an Instagram post, ABC has announced that "The Bachelorette" season 2 will premiere on Monday, July 8 at 8 p.m. ET.

The caption reads, "Planting another rose in our garden. A new season of #TheBachelorette premieres Monday July 8 on ABC and Stream on Hulu!"

Who is Florida lead Jenn Tran of 'The Bachelor' reality TV show?

Jenn Tran is a 26-year-old physician assistant student living in Miami. According to Bachelor Wiki, she originally hails from Hillsdale, New Jersey.

"Jenn is bubbly and compassionate, and has dedicated her life to helping others. She is currently studying to become a physician assistant, and while she is passionate about working in health care, she is also ready to prioritize finding love," ABC's biography writes.

Tran is also the first-ever Asian star of a Bachelor Nation franchise, discussing her Vietnamese background in several episodes of the series. In the history of "The Bachelor" and "The Bachelorette," ABC has never had an Asian lead looking for love − until Tran.

After riding in on a go-kart and capturing Joey Graziadei's heart during the season 28 premiere episode of "The Bachelor," Tran rode out in a black SUV on episode seven (meaning she was sent home).

When did 'The Bachelorette' start filming?

Filming for Season 21 of “The Bachelorette” started right after the end of "The Bachelor," possibly at the beginning of April.

However, this season will see a different mansion unlike the iconic mansion in previous seasons. According to ET, Jenn's season will begin at the Hummingbird Nest Ranch in Santa Susana, California. The previous Bachelor mansion was a rental property located in Los Angeles.
