'Bachelor' Contestant Rushed to the Hospital on Fantasy Suites Night

The Bachelor is down to the final three women which meant Kelsey Anderson, Daisy Kent and Rachel Nance got to spend some much-needed alone time tonight with Joey Graziadei—without cameras.

The Fantasy Suites episode, which is one of the most anticipated of the season, didn't go quite as planned with one contestant rushed to the hospital just as her one-on-one date was getting started.

Joey also heard teary tales of cheating exes and shed tears himself after reading a note from a contestant left on his door that said, “Joey, we need to talk.”

Plus, the remaining ladies got visits—at the show's new Tulum, Mexico location—and sage advice from three Golden Bachelor favorites!

Tonight's episode opened with Joey receiving the cryptic note and sobbing, “My worst nightmare is coming true.”

We next got a flashback of Joey crying about an old relationship that didn't work out. “There’s still so much to figure out,” he noted.

Read on to find out what happened in tonight's Bachelor Fantasy Suites episode!

What happened on Joey and Rachel's Fantasy Suites date?

Before their date, Rachel got a visit from Susan Noles, the contestant-turned-wedding officiant who performed Gerry Turner and Theresa Nist's live televised Golden Wedding ceremony.

Rachel told Susan she was "in love" with Joey but was hesitant because previous boyfriends had cheated on her.

Susan encouraged her to relax, "be vulnerable" and "let him know what you feel.”

What happened to Rachel on The Bachelor?

Rachel and Joey headed to a local swimming hole for some high diving fun. After a couple of jumps at lower levels, they headed for the highest ledge.

In their first dive, Rachel hit the water wrong and hurt her jaw.

A set medic treated Rachel but Joey was worried and wanted to get her checked out at the hospital. (Bet that wasn't the same ER visit you'd get in the U.S.)

Luckily, an X-ray showed no more serious injury and she was cleared for dinner with Joey.

Time was running out to tell Joey how she really felt and she felt like she'd ruined their together.

Over dinner, Rachel told Joey about how competing with the two other women brought up memories of past relationship trauma: “My serious relationships all ended because they were cheating on me the entire time.”

Did Rachel and Joey use the Fantasy Suite?

Of course, Rachel and Joey left the cameras behind and headed to their Fantasy Suite.

The last viewers saw was the couple sitting on the bed, kissing and drinking champagne before the lights went out.

“Last night was good,” Rachel cooed to Joey the next morning before telling cameras that she finally said I love you.

He left her for his other dates and Rachel was picturing a life with him but couldn't help feeling worried about Kelsey and Daisy, the two other women vying for Joey's final rose.

What happened on Joey and Kelsey's Fantasy Suites date?

The real action happened before Joey and Kelsey's 1:1 when Golden Bachelor Gerry's jilted lover Leslie Fhima visited Kelsey and set a less-than-inspiring mood for her Fantasy Suites date.

After the two bonded over losing their mothers early in life, Kelsey confided that she was in love with Joey.

Leslie compared Kelsey's head-over-heels attraction to Joey to her own experience of not getting chose in the end. Leslie issued a stern warning that may have altered the outcome of the entire season.

“Just always have something in the back of your head that... you might not be it.”

What a way to start the most intimate night of the season. Ouch!

On the actual date, Kelsey and Joey enjoyed a makeout sesh on a windy boat ride. They dove in the water and swam with turtles.

Over dinner, Joey told Kelsey, “Today was a day I didn’t want to end.”

Kelsey told him about Leslie’s cautionary tale and he reminded her that he too left his first season heartbroken when Charity Lawson dumped him on The Bachelorette.

“You deserve the world,” Kelsey said. “I do love you, Joey.”

He was thrilled she’d blurted that out, “I’m falling in love with you. I’ve wanted to say it for a while.”

Did Kelsey and Joey use the Fantasy Suite?

“I accept!” Kelsey said when they got a card inviting them to share private time.

Cameras showed her and Joey lying on the bed and kissing. The next morning, they cooked bacon together in what could have been the scene from a rom-com.

“I’m genuinely so happy right now,” Kelsey cried to cameras. “Joey is the man of my dreams.”

But the hunk had to leave for his third date!

What happened on Joey and Daisy's Fantasy Suites date?

Fans fondly remember Sandra Mason from Gerry’s group, and she didn’t disappoint, showing up in Mexico to give Daisy some pointers.

The blonde cutie with hearing loss said to Sandra that she had told Joey she was falling in love. But Daisy was confused about the other two ladies.

Sandra told her not to worry about them and “be open. Talk about your expectations” with Joey.

“Give it some oomph. Maybe even make it sexual,” saucy Sandra advised.

Did Daisy and Joey’s date go well?

The two rode an ATV together as cameras showed rival Kelsey worried back at the hotel.

Daisy seemed to be sure of Joey’s feelings for her.

“She makes me feel whole,” he said of the blonde.

In confessional, Daisy gushed, “I am falling so in love with him, deeper and deeper.”

During their dinner, Daisy lamented to Joey that there was never enough time for them to spend together.

“I feel so seen by you. I’ve never really had that before,” Daisy confided.

Joey told her he’d been in a relationship in Hawaii and “I didn’t make her feel as special as she wanted to feel…I started to question if I was ever enough.”

The tennis pro was worried people would see him as Joey The Bachelor, not Joey the person.

“We’re both scared,” Daisy told cameras.

But Joey told her he was falling in love with her.

“We just fit. That’s hard to ignore,” he said in a confessional moment.

How did their fantasy suite experience unfold?

Like with his other two women, Joey shared the suite with Daisy and they sat on the bed kissing and drinking champagne.

“I feel like the happiest girl alive,” she told cameras.

“It feels good to wake up next to you,” he told Daisy the next day.

Looking pretty in a negligee, Daisy seemed delighted with their overnight intimacy.

“See you soon,” Joey told her as he left.

Who left the note for Joey?

Kelsey was so uncomfortable knowing Joey was spending overnight dates with two other women that she decided to leave the note on Joey’s door.

“I would rather leave now than have my heart completely broken,” she said in confessional.

Joey was upset about the note, fearing the worst and moaning, “I’m so done with this!”

Sadly, we didn't see how Joey and Kelsey's chat went or have a rose ceremony. Instead, "to be continued" appeared on the screen.

We'll have to wait to until next week for the outcomes and the always-juicy “Women Tell All” special.
