Babies 'R' Us returning to Springfield as part of Kohl's store

Babies "R" Us is returning to Springfield.

The Kohl's store in Springfield will be among the brand's first 200 stores to open the Babies "R" Us experience. The curated collection of baby gear will offer a more comprehensive shopping experience for expecting and established parents, according to a press release.

The Babies “R” Us shops inside Kohl's will range from 750-2,500 square feet of dedicated space with baby gear, activities, bath products, furniture, feeding products, and safety products. The collaboration comes two months after Kohl's announced a partnership with WHP Global, the owner of the Babies "R" Us brand. The first Babies “R” Us shops will open in Kohl’s this August, with plans to roll out to approximately 200 stores in fall 2024.

The store experience will expand on Kohls' online Babies “R” Us assortment already available to customers. The setup will also be adjacent to Kohl’s existing baby and kids' apparel, including brands like Little Co. by Lauren Conrad, Jumping Beans, Carters, and Nike.

While dates have not been set for the Babies "R" Us experience at the Springfield Kohl's. Shoppers can expect to find it by the end of 2024.
