Q2 Stadium will be the site of the 2025 Major League Soccer all-star game, according to a report from ESPN, which states that Austin FC is working out the final details with the league.

The contest, which usually takes place in late July, features a team of MLS players vs. a distinct opponent. Last year, the foe was English Premier League club Arsenal. This year, it's a squad of all-stars from the Mexican league, Liga MX.

The MLS all-star roster is a combination of players voted in by the fans, picked by the all-star coach and selected by league commissioner Don Garber.

Outside back Jon Gallagher represented Austin FC at the game last year.

This year’s game is July 24 in Columbus.
