This dog holds a very important role on a college football team -- and no, he's not the mascot

Boise State has captured attention for years for its stunning royal blue football turf, but a highly underrated facet of the program often goes unnoticed.

The canine is responsible for retrieving the tees after every kickoff during the game, and it has us wondering... why doesn't every team have a tee-fetching pup?

After a little research, Boise State has been doing this for years. We think it's time for other programs to make a trend out of our furry friends.
