Football coach breaks out intense dance moves to pump up his players

This isn't the fiery pre-game speech we regularly see from football coaches, but that's because this Texas pee wee football coach is anything but ordinary.

Instead of lighting into his players like most other coaches would, Coach Jermaine Cooper had a slightly different approach.

He danced.

The routine was posted to Instagram and it's still going viral with nearly 12,000 views.

It seems like this might be common practice for Cooper -- the young players didn't even bat an eye at his shameless dance moves. But the pre-game ritual seemed to pay off as the team went on to win the game by a score of 26-0.

Keep dancing, Coach Cooper.
