OnlyOnAOL: Simone Biles drops hints on what's next for her

Simone Biles, to the surprise of pretty much no one, has dominated these Olympics. She helped win the team gold in gymnastics, followed by medals on beam, floor and vault. We can only guess how many kids are currently asking their parents to sign them up for tumbling classes after seeing Biles flip higher than any human should be able to -- and seemingly have a blast doing it. She's a powerhouse, in the gym and out of it, spreading a message of positivity and congeniality. She and fellow gymnast Aly Raisman are competitors who are also close pals, shutting down the sexist notion that women just can't get along.

And she's the face of Tide PODs -- the connection here, of course, is that size means nothing and the PODs are as forceful as Biles. Representing the brand, says Biles, "is such an honor. I go through a lot of laundry -- let me think, about 11-12 leotards per week," she says.

Biles is only 19, which means she's got years of competing ahead of her -- should she decide to go to the next Olympics, in Tokyo. First, she has to do press, and meet her fans, like the 2012 winning team had to do.

"I haven't thought that far ahead. But you get so excited and you want to go to the next one. I want to have fun and enjoy life for a bit and then get back to training," she says. "We'll be so busy after this. Aly and Gabby (Douglas) were busy for a year. We have a tour. We'll just have to see. It won't hurt to take a year off."

Biles famously met her crush, Zac Efron. But here's another story, straight from the athletes' dining hall, involving her teammates Raisman, Douglas, Madison Kocian and Laurie Hernandez -- and the fastest man in the world. Yes, Usain Bolt, who won three golds in Rio.

"Maddie, Laurie and I kept it calm when he walked into the cafeteria. Aly and Gabby went berserk over him. They almost flipped over the dinner table. I told them, they were here in 2012, they know what it's like," says Biles.

Speaking of food, Biles has been keeping it clean, mostly. "We haven't had time to have a cheat meal. One day we had fries and ice cream and that was the biggest thing so far. We're waiting to go to New York first."

For Biles, the standout moment of the past two weeks was winning the team competition and supporting each of her teammates. She doesn't view herself as the greatest gymnast of all time, despite what everyone has said about her. "I'm just normal. For other kids I'm a role model. It's very inspiring. It makes me so happy. To me I'm not the best. There were other greats that came before me," she says.
