Baby-faced Bryce Harper looked so different than he does now
It's only been six years since Bryce Harper graced the sports world with his feisty Major League presence, but a lot can change in six years... clearly. Harper looks totally different now than he did when he innocently entered the baseball spotlight just a few years ago.
Remember the 18-year-old barefaced baseball star that the Washington Nationals selected first overall in 2010?

He certainly looked like the youngest person in the dugout – and considering he was fresh out of high school, he probably was. After a couple of years and a little bulking up, Harper finally looked like an almost-20-year-old.

Okay, so that's not a completely crazy transition, but that's when the accelerated aging process started.
A short four years later, the player everyone loves to hate looks well beyond his years!

Luckily for him, he's also accomplished a lot more than a person approaching their mid-20s have, too.
Last year alone, he led the National League in runs scored with 118 and tied for the lead in home runs with 42. In terms of his age, it's amazing that he led in such crucial categories.
What a difference six years can make!
