John Cena's Fourth of July message to America

John Cena made a young fan's dreams come true on Monday night when he brought him to the middle of the ring at the conclusion of Monday Night Raw's filming. Isaac, who battled pediatric cancer for two years before being declared cancer-free, was holding a sign that read:

'I am a pediatric cancer & bone marrow transplant survivor.'

During Raw's stop in Columbus, Cena decided to bring Isaac to center ring after he spotted him sitting ringside wearing a "Make A Wish" shirt and a "Never Give Up" headband.

"I wanted to make Isaac's Independence Day by giving him a moment of what it's like to be a WWE superstar," Cena said. "I always preach the motto 'Never Give Up.' It's one thing to talk about it, but it's another thing to do it."
