President Obama to Tyronn Lue: Tell J.R. Smith to put his shirt on

President Obama called Cleveland Cavaliers' Tyronn Lue to congratulate the 39-year-old head coach on his team's NBA Finals win. In a three-minute call, the two men discussed their hooping history, the Cavs' impressive season and, yes, even J.R. Smith's missing shirt.

"I just want to say congratulations. You did a great job," President Obama said. "It didn't hurt having this guy named LeBron James."

President Obama told Coach Lue that he had already extended his congratulations to James via email, but asked him to tell the rest of the team how proud he is of their accomplishments.

"I really do think that you brought a cohesion and a steadiness and a focus to the team," Obama said. "It really shows."

But the conversation wasn't over after the congratulations. As they were about to hang up, Obama had one final message for Coach Lue to deliver:

"Tell J.R. and everybody to put on a shirt though. He can't just be walking around without a shirt forever."
