This store was ranked America's favorite retailer for the fifth time in a row
Despite making headlines for a change in their return policy and notoriously dropping Ivanka Trump's brand, Nordstrom still reigned supreme as America's favorite fashion retailer. In fact, this is the 5th time in a row they have won the title. After a national poll conducted by Market Force Information by 10,000 consumers, Americans ranked their top fashion retailers based on customer satisfaction, retailer experience and whether or not they would recommend the brand to others.
