How to get the most out of the new Samsung S20 on Verizon 5G

Updated

Broadway actor Chris Rice-Thompson is our Verizon Techxpert who will show us tips on how to get the most out of the new Samsung Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G with Verizon 5G Ultra Wideband.

If you like to get creative with your photography, the new Samsung's camera abilities — and it's speed on Verizon's 5G — are unbeatable.

Chris demonstrates that with features like the PanoramaCrop app, you can generate unique photo experiences and upload them to Instagram within minutes. Even the most novice photography or tech users will be able to follow along with how Chris pulls it off.

Find your angle and set your camera up, either with a tripod or hand it to a friend with a steady hand. Take one photo where you're on the far left side of the camera and a second one where you're all the way on the right side.

Open up the PanoramaCrop app and hit "new swipeable post." Select the photos you just took and click the bar at the bottom to break the photos into sections. Next, open up your Instagram app and hit the option to upload multiple photos. Select the left and center shots from the first photo and then the right shot from the second photo and voilà!

Thanks to Verizon's 5G speed, uploading the photos and posting is super fast.

The Samsung Galaxy S20 also has new camera settings so you can take photos anytime, anywhere. There's "night mode," which lets you take beautiful and detailed pictures even after the sun goes down, and "single take" which captures videos, photos and gifs from just one tap.

There's even an 8K video option, which might seem daunting to upload, but with Verizon's 5G, uploading will be so much faster.

The new Samsung on Verizon 5G is opening up a whole new world to find creative ways to use tech.
