Video shows woman dangling grandson from balcony with a rope to rescue her cat

A bystander captured startling footage of a grandmother in Southern China pulling off a dangerous move to have her 7-year-old grandson rescue her cat.

The woman tied a thick rope around the boy and lowered him from her fourth-floor balcony to rescue the pet. The child and cat were lifted back to the balcony safely, but the grandmother was criticized for the heart-racing move.
