Joe Biden snaps at Fox News reporter over Hunter Biden question: 'Classy'
Joe Biden snapped at a Fox News reporter who asked about his son, Hunter's, latest scandal.
The 2020 presidential hopeful held a press conference on Thursday, during which Peter Doocy asked Biden to comment on an Arkansas woman's recent court filing in which she claims that a paternity test proved that Hunter is indeed the biological father of her child, despite his multiple denials.
"I’m wondering if you have a comment on this report, and court filing, out of Arkansas that your son Hunter just made you a grandfather again," Doocy asked.
"No, that’s a private matter and I have no comment," Biden responded. "Only you would ask that. You’re a good man. You’re a good man. Classy."

The controversy around Hunter Biden's paternity suit started back ini May when Lunden Roberts sued him, asking the court to confirm that he was the father of Baby Doe, who was born in August 2018, and asking him to start paying child support. Roberts said that she and Hunter "were in a relationship" that resulted in a child.
This week, Roberts' lawyers said in a motion that "DNA testing has established with scientific certainty that the defendant [Hunter] is the father of the plaintiff’s child” and "that the defendant is not expected to challenge the results of the DNA test or the testing process."
People reports that the next step in the process for Hunter and Roberts it to determine how much child support he must pay the mother of his alleged child. A hearing is reportedly set for December.
"Ms. Roberts is committed to Hunter Biden and his family having the best relationship with the child, whatever that may be, whenever they’re ready," Roberts' lawyers said of her intentions.
Hunter Biden's paternity scandal is just the latest round of headlines that Joe Biden's younger son has made this year. In June, it was revealed that he had secretly gotten married to South African native Melissa Cohen in May, just ten days after meeting her. The news came after his breakup from Hallie Biden, who is the widow of his late brother, Beau.
