Video shows the moment 7-month-old baby is found alive after deadly attack in Mexico

A 7-month-old baby was found alive and miraculously unharmed after her family was ambushed and attacked on their way to a wedding in Mexico.

A video, shared by CBS News reporter Manuel Bojorquez, shows the baby, Faith, when she was found about 12 hours after her relatives began searching for their family. Faith was found buckled into her car seat in the floor space of one of the three SUVs that was gunned down.

"We found a baby alive," a man says in the video posted on Twitter. "Her mother is dead."

Her mother, Christina Langford Johnson, was one of the nine family members killed in the attack. She reportedly hid her daughter in the SUV before she got out of the vehicle, waving her arms to show the gunmen she wasn’t a threat, USA Today reported.

Faith's grandmother posted about her emotional reunion with her father on Facebook.

"God is so good for sparing her life," Connie LeBaron wrote. "She is a living angel and has brought hope to our family."
