Authorities have discovered the body of a Florida woman who was reported missing on Saturday night after loved ones failed to hear from her or her four children for approximately six weeks.

Detectives found and identified the remains of 32-year-old Casei Jones near Brantley County, Ga., on Monday morning, according to the Marion County Sheriff's Office.

The victim's husband, 38-year-old Michael Waye Jones Jr., was also located in Georgia and is currently being questioned in connection with Jones's death. A warrant for his arrest for second-degree homicide has been issued.

The victim's children, 1-year-old Aiyana Jones, 2-year-old Mercalli Jones, 5-year-old Preston Bowers and 10-year-old Cameron Bowers, have not yet been located.

The family was last seen in August in the town of Ocala, Fla., about 40 miles south of the city of Gainesville, where the family lives, Fox News reports.

The mother of the victim, Nikki Jones, reported her daughter missing on Sept. 14 after going weeks without hearing from her.

"They don't know where she's at," she told WOFL. "They went to the house and she's gone. The house is empty."

"I've never ever been so scared," she added.
