Antonio Brown delivers short statement, says he's 'excited to be part of the Raiders'

Now that Oakland Raiders coach Jon Gruden has affirmed that the team is not going to suspend receiver Antonio Brown, Brown has issued a short statement.

The 31-year-old, wearing his practice uniform, said the following:

“I’m excited to be out here today. Want to apologize to my teammates, organization..enough talk, man, excited to be out here with my teammates, grateful for the fans, excited to be a part of the Raiders.”

And with that he picked up his much-discussed helmet and headed toward the field.
