Simone Biles tweets 'don't talk to me' after brother is jailed on murder charges

Olympic gold medalist Simone Biles posted a clear message on Twitter hours after her brother was arrested on charges connected to a triple homicide in Ohio.

"Don't talk to me," the decorated gymnast said Thursday night after Tevin Biles-Thomas was jailed earlier in the afternoon, but it's unclear if the message was in response to her sibling's alleged crimes.

Biles-Thomas, 24, is facing charges of murder, voluntary manslaughter, felonious assault and perjury stemming from a shooting in Cleveland last New Year's Eve.

USA Gymnastics also released a statement to People regarding the news:

In this challenging time for Simone Biles and her family, USA Gymnastics offers our continued support to Simone, her family and her gymnastics family. This is a very personal and private situation for the Biles family and we will respect their privacy and hope others will do the same.

The three men killed in the shooting were Delvante Johnson, 19, Toshaun Banks, 21, and Devaughn Gibson, 23.

Biles-Thomas will be arraigned in Cleveland, where the killings occurred, on Sept. 13.
