Likely coming as a surprise to no one who watches football, New England Patriots head coach Bill Belichick was ranked No. 1 coming off the team's second Super Bowl victory and third appearance in three years.

Six teams – the Dolphins, Browns, Broncos, Cardinals, Packers and Bengals – all have rookie head coaches at the helm, who were thus left off of Harrison's list.
