Ann Coulter says she might work for Bernie Sanders...under one condition

Ann Coulter and Bernie Sanders are two names you probably wouldn’t guess would or could be on the same side of any issue.

However, the controversial conservative firebrand told Margaret Hoover on her PBS show she could get behind the democratic socialist in 2020.

“If he went back to his original position, which is the pro-blue collar position," Coulter said. "I mean, it totally makes sense with him. If he went back to that position, I’d vote for him. I might work for him. I don’t care about the rest of the socialist stuff. Just- can we do something for ordinary Americans?”

Coulter was talking specifically about a position Sanders held back in 2007 when he was against an immigration reform package that would drive down wages for lower-income people.

Sanders has also called for comprehensive immigration reform on the campaign trail noting that the country does not need open borders.

Meanwhile Coulter, who was a champion for Trump since he launched his campaign, has publicly criticized the President for not keeping his promise to build a wall at the southern border.
