Way-too-early odds give Virginia best shot at 2020 NCAA title

Virginia's NCAA championship was so nice, they may just do it twice.

The Cavaliers open as the betting favorite to win the 2020 NCAA Tournament just days after winning their first men's basketball title in school history.

However, they aren't alone at the top -- Vegas Insider lists Kentucky as having the same odds as Virginia to win it all next year.

This year's runner up, Texas Tech, has been given 30/1 odds to win the 2020 tournament, tying them with fellow 2019 Final Four participant Auburn. Michigan State, which fell to Texas Tech in the Final Four last weekend, is listed as having 8/1 odds, tying them for the second-best chances at the title.
