Marshmallow Peeps-flavored coffee, donut coming to Dunkin’

Your coffee can now be customized with the flavor of your favorite Easter candy.

Dunkin’ is rolling out marshmallow Peeps-flavored coffee and espresso drinks, along with its latest doughnut topped with the classic sugar-coated sweet. Both will be offered nationwide for a limited time starting April 1, while supplies last.

The coffee and confection chain has offered Peeps-embellished donuts in past springs. This one will be capped with white icing, green grass-like sprinkles, pastel egg-shaped sprinkles and a mini yellow Peeps Marshmallow Chick.

The Peeps marshmallow flavor will be available in Dunkin’s hot and iced coffee, espresso drinks, frozen coffee and frozen chocolate.

Other new spring menu items launching April 1 for a limited time include Chocolate Cherry Cold Brew (which guests can score as part of a special offer of any medium Dunkin’ cold brew for $2 from 2 to 6 p.m. next month), and a Sweet Sriracha Bacon Breakfast Sandwich made with egg, American cheese and four strips of sweet Sriracha bacon on a croissant.

The chain formerly called Dunkin’ Donuts announced in September that it was rebranding as simply Dunkin’ in January to stress that it sells more than just doughnuts.
