NFL offseason, Week 4: Stars hit the gym, post sweet pics of their families

It was another busy week in the lives of your favorite NFL players. Luckily for us, they posted it all on social media for fans to enjoy (and envy).

There were plenty of training videos, plenty of sunshine and plenty of kids – including the introduction of Kirk Cousins' newborn son, Turner. Cousins shared a sweet photo of himself with Turner, plus a video of his older son, Cooper, adjusting to life as a big brother.

Some roster moves were made last week and over the weekend, as well. Antonio Brown was finally traded to the Oakland Raiders, and he – and some old and new teammates – took to Instagram to react. Judging from the posts, Raiders quarterback Derek Carr is excited for his team's new addition, and Steelers wide receiver JuJu Smith-Schuster is preparing to be his team's new No. 1.

Elsewhere around the league, Carson Wentz spent some time with fans at a local children's hospital, Julian Edelman took in the Boston Celtics vs. Los Angeles Lakers game on Saturday, and the Texans' Deandre Hopkins spent some time with the Giants' star receiver, Odell Beckham Jr.
