Trump reportedly watched the Super Bowl with the founder of the Florida spa chain where Robert Kraft was charged with soliciting prostitution

  • President Donald Trump reportedly watched this year's Super Bowl with the founder of the Jupiter, Florida spa and massage parlor where customers — including New England Patriots owner Robert Kraft — were arrested on charges of soliciting prostitution, according to the Miami Herald.
  • The Herald published a selfie of Trump and Chinese-American businesswoman Cindy Yang, purportedly taken at the Trump International Golf Club in West Palm Beach, Florida on February 3, the night of the Super Bowl.
  • Yang, who has since become a major Republican donor and appeared at events with Trump, his children, and other GOP politicians, denied any knowledge of illicit sex services ever being offered at her spas.
  • She sold the chain around a decade ago.

The founder of the Jupiter, Florida spa and massage parlor raided earlier this year for allegedly providing sexual services to customers — including New England Patriots owner Bob Kraft — reportedly watched this year's Super Bowl with President Donald Trump, according to a new report in the Miami Herald.

The Herald published a selfie of Trump and Chinese-American businesswoman Cindy Yang, purportedly taken at the Trump International Golf Club in West Palm Beach, Florida on February 3, the night of the Super Bowl.

Yang founded the Jupiter Day Spa and a chain of other massage parlors — branded Tokyo Day Spas — in South Florida. She sold the business around 10 years ago, the Herald reported.

The raids of the Jupiter Day Spa and other Asian massage parlors in South Florida was part of a major, wide-ranging bust of an alleged sex-trafficking ring that ended up charging 173 people in total with the help of several different law enforcement agencies. No trafficking charges, however, have been filed in relation to the massive sting operation.

Investigators said that the victims of the alleged sex-trafficking operation came to the US from China to work at the spas under the pretense of working as legitimate massage therapists. In reality, police found evidence that victims often lived on the premises of the spa and were required to perform sexual acts with customers.

"Some of them are trying to make a better life for themselves," Vero Beach Police David Churney said in a news conference about the bust. "These people truly are stuck."

The Herald noted that many online reviews for massage parlors once owned by Yang seemed to reference receiving sexual favors and services.

Yang, who has since become a major Republican donor and appeared at events with Trump, his children, and other GOP politicians, denied any knowledge of illicit sex services ever being offered at her spas. She was not charged as part of the bust.
