NFL insider reveals 3 teams 'most intrigued' by Antonio Brown trade

If the Pittsburgh Steelers plan on moving star wide receiver Antonio Brown before having to pay him for the new year, they’ll have to make a move within the next few weeks. Fortunately for the Steelers, it looks as though they have some potential buyers lined up.

According to NFL insider Ian Rapoport, the Steelers currently have sufficient interest from other teams to make a trade happen before March 17. Per his report, the Oakland Raiders, Denver Broncos, and Arizona Cardinals are three teams who appear “the most intrigued” by a potential deal for Brown.

Of the three, the Raiders clearly have the most draft capital to pull off a potential trade. Oakland has three first-round picks this year thanks to trades with the Chicago Bears and Dallas Cowboys.

The Raiders also have significant draft capital in 2020 with an extra first- and third-round pick from the Bears. Gruden’s team also has the most projected cap space of the three, with over $72 million in effective cap space per OverTheCap.

Brown has publicly made it clear that he no longer wishes to play for the Pittsburgh Steelers.

Despite having met with Steelers owner Art Rooney II to clear the air, Brown maintains that he is moving on.

Last year he had a career-high 15 receiving touchdowns, leading the league.

He has his sixth-straight season with 100 or more catches, hauling in 104 balls for 1,297 yards in the process.
