Trump: Elizabeth Warren should 'focus more on her heritage'

Donald Trump slammed Senator Elizabeth Warren for her attempts to launch an investigation into his businesses.

At a recent campaign rally, Elizabeth Warren said of Trump: “By the time we get to 2020, Donald Trump may not even be president. In fact, he may not even be a free person.”

In an interview with Fox News, he had THIS to say in response to Warren’s efforts: "I got one [letter] from Pocahontas today where it said that 'Donald Trump, we want to investigate some company,' it's so disgraceful. "I said just write her back and say she's got a conflict of interest, okay? She should focus more on her heritage and not being ashamed of what she is. She should really focus on herself."

Trump is referring to Warren’s infamous claims of being Native American, virtually debunked when she revealed the results of a DNA test that found she is around 1/1024th Native American and has since apologized to Cherokee Nation Leaders.

House Democrats have promised even more investigations into the president, his businesses, and his campaign.

An investigation by Special Counsel Robert Mueller into potential ties between the Trump campaign and Russia is headed into its second year, and Trump has repeatedly and emphatically denied any collusion.
