Philadelphia high-rise playing Cody Parkey's missed field goal on top of building
By now, you’ve seen Cody Parkey’s infamous missed “double-doink” field goal from the Chicago Bears’ 16-15 playoff loss to the Philadelphia Eagles on Sunday night at Soldier Field.
One building in downtown Philadelphia, though, is making sure you don’t forget it.
The Philadelphia Electric Company (PECO) Building in downtown Philadelphia created an animated version of the blocked kick, and has been playing it across the top of the building.
Yes, actually.

Parkey’s missed 43-yard would-be game-winning field goal took the sports world by storm, providing an extremely interesting end to wild-card weekend. The 26-year-old kicker was booed off the field in Chicago and garnered an insane amount of hate on social media before teammates, other athletes and even Goose Island Beer Company later came to his defense.
While the play was eventually ruled a blocked kick instead of a miss, it didn’t matter. The viral sensation that is Cody Parkey had spread.
It seems it was only a matter of time before it took to the skies, too.
