Boycott Amazon.

It’s what many Saudis unhappy with the Washington Post’s coverage of the killing of its journalist Jamal Khashoggi are calling for.

CNN reports the movement stems from their frustration with the paper.

Amazon founder Jeff Bezos owns the paper.

Khashoggi was a columnist for the Washington Post and was killed at the Saudi consulate in Istanbul in October.

According to Bloomberg, many citizens have felt their country is under attack since Saudi agents killed Khasshogi, in particular there has been frustration about an op-ed by Turkish President Erdogan recently published in the Post.

Gruesome information about the murder has been published that was allegedly obtained from anonymous Turkish officials.

“Boycott Amazon” was the top trending hashtag on Twitter in Saudi Arabia for several hours Sunday.

Neither Amazon nor The Washington Post were available to comment for Bloomber
