Michael Avenatti is ready to take down President Donald Trump. Not only in the courthouse, but apparently also in the voting booths.
According to the Daily Mail, the attorney who rose to fame after representing adult film star Stormy Daniels in a lawsuit against Trump is considering running for president in 2020.
Avenatti gave a series of fiery speeches at Politicon over the weekend claiming Democrats do not have a candidate that can beat Trump in the next presidential election.
But the firebrand lawyer boasted his 'unique skill set' could help him beat Trump and pose a 'threat' to Republicans.
Even though he has not confirmed a presidential run, The Daily Beast reports his political action committee, “Fight PAC,” has been spending towards stronger fundraising and a bigger social media push, according to a new filing with the Federal Election Commission.
According to the Daily Mail, he will only run against Trump or Pence for the White House, but no others.
