Report: Le'Veon Bell expected to report to Steelers during team's Week 7 bye
Pittsburgh Steelers fans may have received some good news Monday. A new report suggests star running back Le’Veon Bell will rejoin the Steelers during the team’s Week 7 bye.
That report comes via Jeremy Fowler of ESPN.
Le'Veon Bell expects to report to the Steelers during the Week 7 bye, a source told @ESPN. Bell definitely plans to play football for the Steelers this season.

Bell has held out all season after the Steelers once again franchise tagged him. Bell wanted a long-term deal from the club, but the two sides couldn’t reach an agreement in the offseason.
Thus far, Bell has missed the Steelers’ first four games. The team has gone 1-2-1 without Bell. While James Conner impressed as Bell’s replacement in Week 1, he has fallen off over the past three games, putting up 97 yards on 32 attempts. Conner struggled to get anything going during Sunday’s 26-14 loss to the Baltimore Ravens.
This is, of course, not the first time there have been reports suggesting Bell would return to the Steelers. Many expected him to report prior to Week 1, and that didn’t happen. Until Bell confirms this report or shows up at Steelers facilities, it’s fair to wonder whether he’ll be back during the bye.
It’s also worth pointing out that there’s still time for the relationship between Bell and the team to sour even more before Week 7 comes around. His teammates have already trashed him for holding out, and the team has removed Bell from the depth chart and active roster on its website. Who knows what else will happen between now and Week 7?
