Paul Manafort's daughter reportedly wants a name change

What’s in a name? For Paul Manafort’s daughter, a lot.

It’s being widely reported, 36-year-old Jessica Manafort, whose father is now a convicted felon, is seeking a name change.

The indie filmmaker, telling Manhattan’s Supreme Court "Jessica Bond” is a more suitable name to quote “separate myself and my work from a public perception that has nothing to do with the person that I am.” Bond is her mother’s maiden name, and according to the New York Post, she wrote in court filings that is “more closely suits [her] profession.”

The move comes as Jessica’s father was convicted of tax and banking fraud for work done prior to serving as President Trump’s campaign chairman.
