Trailer packed with 90 undocumented immigrants found in Texas
Dozens of undocumented immigrants were found packed in a trailer along a Texas highway near the Mexico border late Tuesday, according to authorities.
State police stopped the truck near the border town of Raymondville at around 10 p.m., officials said.
Inside, police found a stash of 90 people, two of whom were taken to a local hospital and are now stable, Willacy County EMS officials said.
A KGBT-TV reporter said some of the passengers were treated for dehydration. Video of the scene shows local law enforcement investigating the truck parked along Highway 77.
