Liquid chocolate gushes from truck overturned on highway

A truck recently overturned on a highway in Poland, but instead of flaming avocados or cold hard cash, tons of liquid chocolate spilled into the road.

That's right: Sweet, sweet chocolate.

Video from a local broadcaster that was obtained by APTN shows images of the truck surrounded by oozing chocolate reaching across six lanes and blocking traffic in both directions.

Rescue officials said the liquid chocolate was congealing into a gooey mass as it cooled and would require large amounts of hot water to clear away.

"Even oil stains are easier and quicker to remove than smeared chocolate," Senior Brigadier Bogdan Kowalski with the fire brigade in the town of Slupca said.

The driver was taken to a hospital with a broken arm, according to reports.

The accident occurred in the morning when there was little traffic and no one else was hurt.
