Trump lashes out over ‘disgraceful’ leak of Mueller questions to media

President Trump posted a tweet Tuesday morning after the New York Times reported on the list of questions that special counsel Robert Mueller wants to ask him.

“So disgraceful that the questions concerning the Russian Witch Hunt were ‘leaked’ to the media. No questions on Collusion. Oh, I see…you have a made up, phony crime, Collusion, that never existed, and an investigation begun with illegally leaked classified information. Nice!” Trump tweeted.

According to the Times, Mueller, who’s heading the investigation into Russia’s interference in US elections, “has at least four dozen questions on an exhaustive array of subjects.”

“They deal chiefly with the president’s high-profile firings of the F.B.I. director and his first national security adviser, his treatment of Attorney General Jeff Sessions and a 2016 Trump Tower meeting between campaign officials and Russians offering dirt on Hillary Clinton,” the Times added.

Trump has repeatedly called the probe a “witch hunt.”

“[Former FBI Director] James Comey Memos just out and show clearly that there was NO COLLUSION and NO OBSTRUCTION. Also, he leaked classified information. WOW! Will the Witch Hunt continue?” Trump tweeted on April 19.
