Report: Coroner’s office misidentified victims in Canada hockey bus crash
The coroner’s office reportedly misidentified victims in the tragic bus accident involving the Canadian hockey team, the Humboldt Broncos, that took 15 lives. The Saskatchewan’s Ministry of Justice announced that two victims were misidentified.
Parker Tobin, an 18-year-old goalie, was believed to have been airlifted to the hospital. Tragically, he is deceased.
Xavier Labelle, who was previously thought to be dead by his family, is alive.

The team released a statement on the latest developments.
“Our hearts and prayers go out to the Labelle and Tobin families this morning, as we continue to do everything in our power to support all families of victims of this tragedy and every member of the Humboldt Broncos community,” the Broncos said.
