Watch: Golfer Tony Finau dislocates ankle celebrating hole-in-one at Masters

For those of you who say golfers aren’t tough, we present to you Tony Finau as a rebuttal.

The 28-year-old American, a trendy sleeper pick in this weekend’s Masters field, just destroyed his ankle celebrating during the annual Par-3 event at Augusta National.

Finau hit a rather ridiculous hole-in-one and began sprinting towards the hole to celebrate. Midway through doing so, he began backpedaling.

While doing that, Finau took a misstep and appeared to dislocate his left ankle. It looked gross.

We’ll see if the injury just looked worse than it is, but we imagine this could keep him out of the Masters. At the very least, it will hamper his performance, which is unfortunate.

The 2018 Masters begins tomorrow.
