Joe Biden spotted talking to homeless man in D.C. in viral photo

It was a Kodak moment for former Vice President Joe Biden.

He was snapped talking to a homeless man outside a movie theater in Washington, D.C. Thursday, according to a tipster who told Politico.

Biden, 75, was leaving the theater with his granddaughter, who was in town visiting friends when he encountered the man sitting on the stairs, the tipster said.

The photo was posted to Facebook Friday and shared more than 97,000 times as of Sunday.

Biden was rumored to be eyeing a presidential run in 2020, Politico reported Friday, but he hasn’t formally announced any plans to.

He was in Pennsylvania last week campaigning with Conor Lamb, Democratic candidate for the 18th congressional district, who is running against Republican state Rep. Rick Saccone in the state’s special House election. President Trump has endorsed Saccone.
