Melania Trump's tweet for 'Random Acts of Kindness Day' backfires
Melania Trump shared some encouraging words to mark 'Random Acts of Kindness Day' on Saturday, February 17th.
“I encourage everyone to test the power of kindness on Random Acts of Kindness Day. It’s an opportunity to teach our children the importance of taking care of one another,” the first lady tweeted.

Many reacted positively to the tweet with sweet messages like, “Thank you for the positive motivation,” and, “You are an amazing person Melania, thank you for encouraging this!”
Others, however, were quick to call into question her husband's behavior.
It begins with your husband, speak to him about your anti-bullying campaign

Tell your husband.

If only your husband had a clue about random acts of kindness. Clearly he's uneducable on the topic.

As the first lady, one of Melania's top priorities is her anti-bullying campaign, which she launched back in October. "We need to step up, come together, and ensure that our children’s future is bright,” she explained in a speech to the United Nations that same month.
Similarly, Twitter called Melania's efforts "ironic" given her husband's actions and "penchant for name-calling on Twitter."
