Omarosa praises Melania Trump as 'amazing' and 'sharp'
When Celebrity Big Brother contestant Omarosa Manigault talks about the White House it usually sounds terrifying. But on Wednesday’s episode she had only positive things to say about one person in the White House: Melania Trump.
While talking with other houseguests about her time in the administration, Omarosa said working in the White House is a lot like working at a museum. Asked about the renovations the Trumps have done to the mansion, Omarosa said, “There are a lot of restrictions and limitations on what you can do. Melania has impeccable taste. She did an incredible job.”
But Omarosa didn’t stop at the first lady’s decorating prowess. She added that Melania is “amazing” and defended her, saying, “I don’t understand why people don’t think she’s smart. She speaks seven languages. … She’s sharp.”
While many of the houseguests are not fans of Donald Trump, they all seemed supportive of Melania. Metta World Peace thinks she got a bad rap because of her husband, while Ross Mathews thinks some people give her a hard time because she is “gorgeous.”
It was a nice change of pace to hear Omarosa say something positive about the White House since she joined the show.
Celebrity Big Brother airs Monday, Wednesday, Friday, and Sundays at 8 p.m. on CBS.
