A Chinese man was out in search of a new battery for his iPhone when he decteethided to bite into one at a Taipei electronics store, causing it to explode, according to Taiwan News.
The man reportedly believed he'd be able to authenticate the battery with his .
The store's CCTV cameras captured the frightening moment, during which a massive ball of fire appeared before the unidentified man's face.
A woman can also be seen standing near him.
Neither was injured in the incident.
According to the outlet, the man's teeth likely caused a rupture in the device's casing, which lead to the sudden explosion.
The video first appeared on a Chinese video-sharing site called Miaopai.com on Saturday. It's been viewed more than 4.45 million times.
