Death toll in California mudslides rises to 20

The death toll from the fatal Southern California mudslides has risen to 20, and four people are still missing Sunday.

Workers were removing debris and boulders with jackhammers and chainsaws to clear the areas after flash floods ran through the mountain slopes that were burned by the wildfires in December.
