Judge Alex Kozinski of Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals accused of sexual misconduct

A powerful appeals court judge is facing allegations of sexual misconduct by six clerks or more staffers according to a report from the Washington Post.

Judge Alex Kozinski served for many years on the 9th Circuit court of appeals. The Post reports that several female staffers claim Judge Kozinski subjected them to a range of inappropriate sexual actions.

One of the women alleges that the Judge made her look at porn on several occasions and asked her opinion about it.

Another accuser said Kozinski told her she should work out in the gym naked because there was usually no one there.

The 67-year-old Judge is still on the federal appeals court and was dismissive of the allegations against him.
