WATCH LIVE: President Trump announces changes to national monuments in Utah

President Trump is expected on Monday to call for big cuts to national monuments so established during both Obama and Clinton's White House tenures.

The move, which is expected to be met with legal challenges from tribes and environmental groups, comes after an Interior Department report identified 27 monuments that should be rescinded to make way for development.

This event is scheduled to begin at 2:40 p.m. EDT.
