Friday afternoon brought with it the news that Jimbo Fisher resigned his position as Florida State’s head football coach in order to become the head coach at Texas A&M.
Fisher was reportedly unhappy with Florida State’s commitment to the football program financially, whereas Texas A&M has some of the best facilities in the country.
The Aggies have no problem sinking money into their football program.
That was evident when Jimbo Fisher’s contract numbers were leaked by Mark Schlabach of ESPN.
