Volunteer Santa Claus arrested with crack pipe in New Jersey

A volunteer Santa Claus was arrested in New Jersey after police allegedly found a crack pipe and other drug paraphernalia in his car during a traffic stop, according to WABC.
The South Hackensack Police Department said 66-year-old Charles Smith was arrested on Monday after he was found with a crack pipe, hypodermic needles and empty bags of crack and heroin after he was pulled over for a motor vehicle violation.

Smith, who works with Toys for Tots, was charged with two counts of drug paraphernalia and later released from jail.
