After the 2016 election, Hillary Clinton made a bold statement regarding the new president of the United States when she proclaimed 'The flagrantly sexist candidate won.' Clinton even recounted a sexist conversation with a Harvard professor which played a huge role in her choice to attend Yale University. The topic of sexism isn't just floating around the political sphere but has plagued businesses like Google and Uber who found themselves embroiled in scandals. While some feel that America hasn't come very far in its view and treatment of women, many disagree. Women have broken great boundaries in the past decade but does that mean sexism has disappeared?
