Ex-Obama speechwriter Jon Favreau dresses up as handcuffed Jared Kushner for Halloween

Imitation is the best form of flattery, but a Jared Kushner costume worn by former Obama speechwriter Jon Favreau was likely not meant to be a tribute.

The ex-Obama aide and current member of the "PODSAVEAMERICA" team took his Halloween attire to the next level this year by dressing up as President Trump’s son-in-law and senior adviser at a party this weekend.

"Early case of the Mondays?" Favreau joked in his tweet.

Favreau channeled the White House adviser’s controversial look from the Iraq visit back in April. Where Kushner so stylishly decided to don a navy blazer and khakis with a flak jacket. Favreau nailed the look with details like the sunglasses and a piece of duct tape running across that read 'KUSHNER'

But the speechwriter’s best accessory was his wife, Emily Favreau wearing a hot pink dress and holding a copy of 'The Trump Card,' book looking just like Ivanka Trump.

The couple finished the look off by handcuffing themselves to one another.
