Alex Morgan says sorry after getting booted from Disney World

Alex Morgan is sorry for getting a little goofy.

The U.S. national team star issued an apology via Twitter Wednesday after it was revealed she was among a group of people booted out of Disney World over the weekend.

"I want to apologize for my actions that occurred over the weekend," Morgan tweeted. "I will learn from this (and) make sure it does not happen again. #liveandlearn."

Morgan, a key member of the 2015 World Cup champion U.S. team and a star for the Orlando Pride of the National Women's Soccer League, was kicked out of the park along with two members of the MLS club Orlando City - Donny Toia and Giles Barnes.

In total six people were listed on an Orange County Sheriff's Office incident report as having been escorted out of the park and given a trespass warning. No charges were filed.

According to the incident report, Morgan "appeared to be highly impaired."

Epcot managers called cops about several individuals who were "impaired and verbally aggressive" inside the U.K. pub, per the report.

Barnes, a midfielder for Orlando City, apparently cut in front of another guest inside the Epcot pub and that sparked a verbal argument.

After Barnes was removed from the pub, the local deputies were called back to help with other individuals who were "being loud and belligerent toward staff around guests."

Morgan was "yelling, screaming and taken (sic) video and possibly pictures. She appeared to be highly impaired," according to the report. She also yelled about knowing members of the Orlando SWAT team.

The U.S. national team star posted a photo to her Instagram account earlier in the day showing a large group of people - including her husband, Orlando City player Servando Carrasco - with the caption "Annual around the world in 8 hours. No big."

Morgan and the Orlando Pride next play in the NWSL semifinal vs. the Thorn in Portland on Saturday.
