Autopsy reveals new grisly details of model's 2016 murder

New graphic details of how a 30-year-old woman was allegedly murdered by her boyfriend and father of her baby have now been revealed.

Officials say model and mother Iana Kasian was allegedly tortured and mutilated before she was killed by Blake Leibel.

It happened in May 2016 in West Hollywood.

The newly released report revealed all of her blood was drained from her body, her scalp was missing and her skull was fully exposed.

The report also said portions of the right side of her face were torn off, including her right ear.

She was found dead in bed next to her then two-month-old baby.

Leibel was arrested on suspicion of murder.

He later received multiple charges including murder, mayhem, and torture and could be eligible for the death penalty.

Leibel is the son of a wealthy Toronto developer.

He is the writer of the graphic novel “Syndrome.”

Kasian’s mother Olga filed a $56 million wrongful death lawsuit.
